Academic Title: Associate professor of private law as from 5.11.1987

After I had obtained the Bachelor’s Degree in Law I practiced law profession from 23.10.1972 to December 1974. Following that, I gave all time to get the Master and PH.D degrees in private law .

From 1987 to 1999, I gave many legal opinions to Ministry of justice, lawyers, many organizations in London, immigration and Refugee Board in Canada, Paris,London, Jordan, USA and Iraq. As a legal consultant of civil law, Medical Responsibility, private international law, Human Rights violations and international crimes in Irak under terrorsims regim.

Teaching Experience in Arab Universities and the judicial institute:

1- from 9.2.1994 until 19.11.1997 associate professor of civil law, college of law, AL-Zaytoonah University – Jordan, teaching civil law. I started to study the Swedish language, Internet, computer from 20/11-97 in Stockholm – Sweden and I am still studying until now.

2- From 1.9.1993 until 20.12.1993 –Associate professor of civil law at Doctorate department., college of law, university of Baghdad ,teaching medical responsibility to postgraduate student (doctor’s degree of private law).

3- From 1.9.1992 until 31.8.1993 associate professor of civil law, college of law and Dean assistant of the college of law, Amman university -Jordan.

4- From 2.9.1991 until 31.8.1992 associate professor of civil law, college of law M’uta university- Jordan.

5- From 1990-1991 Lecturer professor (civil law) at the Judicial Institute – Iraq - Ministry of justice.

I discussed many PH.D theses in civil law & Islamic Jurisprudence at the college of law, and the Islamic Sciences College, University of Baghdad & University of Jordan. As well, I Supervised a PH.D thesis entitled The legality of (Disposal of Human Organs, - comparative study) 1990,Islamic sciences college, university of Baghdad. I participated in the following PH.D Theses: -

A-Utility ownership theory and its application on the right of lending – Discussed on 25.1.1989 at Shari College, University of Baghdad.

B-Damage Disproof theory in the Islamic Jurisprudence, Discussed on 19.5.1990 at Shariá college- University of Baghdad.

C- Laws Dispute in respect of Ommissive Responsibility. Discussed on 27.6.1990 at the college of law, university of Baghdad.

D-The legality of transferring and transplanting Human organs, discussed on 13.7.1991, college of law, University of Baghdad.

• The corporal damage resulting from corporal injury – comparative study, 1989, college of law, university of Baghdad.

• Moral damage and its indemnification in the ommissive responsibility, 1989, college of law, university of Baghdad.

• The civil liability resulting from using computer, a comparative study, 1990,college of law, university of Baghdad.

• Exemption condition from contractual liability, a comparative study, 1990 college of law, university of Baghdad.

• The effecting factors in estimating the compensation for a tort, 1990,discussed at the institute of researches and higher Arab studies, league of Arab states, Baghdad.

The university theses I participated in as head of the discussion committee to discuss master theses in civil law were as follows: Juridical compensation in the scope of contractual liability, 1990, college of law, university of Baghdad.
