Leavasjokk Creek, flows through a mountain landscape that can only be described as breathtaking. Its source in the Marmatjakka Mountain Massive, with belonging glaciers. This creek is, with a fisherman's view of things, still largely unexplored. There’s a tremendous amount of fish in the creek, although not too easy to catch. In the upper part You will find trout only, but in the lower part there’s also grayling. Leavasjokk enters River Rautasetno in the middle between Lake Rautasjaure and Torne River. It has at that point travelled 48 kilometres from the high mountains.
