.::DoctorX::. A synthpop band that emerged in the area of  Arboga/Sweden around 1993. It all began with Mike, who always was interested in Electronic music, wanted to do vocals in a synthband. "El Problemo"  was that there was no local scene for that kind of music and he had to learn how to play the Synthesizer himself. The first demotape, ”Nurse in nudity”, was released in 1995.

Mikes brother El Lobo and their blood-pal David, who both digs electronic sounds, hooked on to make some improovements. The gatherings where very sporadic and the result was delayed til 2001 when the next demo, ”Binary Blue”, came.

The boys had become better musicians and the new recording hardware made wonders for the sound quality. The use of sequencers, samples, new and old synths all made it´s parts for the result. The old "Portastudio" had been replaced with a hard disc recording system.

As soon as the work with ”Binary Blue” was finished the work with a new CD,  ”Cosmos Calling”, began. Some of the new songs are in Swedish and thats a new one for that record. While writing this, that material is almost mastered and finished..

The sound of  .::DoctorX::.  can be hard to shanger.. It doesn´t sound like  Depeche Mode, not Erasure, not Kraftwerk and not Belgum razorsynth.
