Tackar arrangörerna för denna contest. Det var intressant att följa med i två dygn. Tyvärr gick det ganska illa för mig denna gång. Några dagar tidigare
plockade jag upp 18 stationer av 24 men denna gång? Hur är det MURPHY???

Why was it allowed to write documents in Swedish? As this was a Nordic DX-Championship there should have been only one language that is common for everybody in Scandinavia and that is English. In
this case those who use Swedish has more advance than the others.

Nice contest with interesting stations. Only a fool (like me) will try to make reports to stations heard with such heavily disturbed signals. Great many of the contest stations were heard under
two or more dominant stations.

Regarding the requested record played by RNZI: I find it very deplorable that a contest arranger favourit own countrys participants by requesting a station to play a record from the country. This
favours the swedish participants. To make my point clear: When Finland arrange a contest they could request 15 stations to play only finnish hit records! What then with nonfinnish
participants.

It was a gceat fun to participate. I must say, that the selection of the stations was good, enough pause in between. The idea to activate St. Helena was sensational, I think ,this was the
DX-event of 1990. Thank you very much! It was only a pity, that condx have been so poor. FEBA wasn't possible here in Germany, normally quite easy at that time. Same for Lesotho and Ecos del
Torbes. And Lv de la Selva was audible on the 5th, but not on the 6th... Never mind, it was fun and I'll be again contestant next year.

Mycket bra blandning av stationer från mycket svåra till mycket lätta. Men det stora utropstecknet var givetvis St. Helena. Tack för ett bra SM/NM.

Nordiska och svenska mästerskap i DX-ing bör rimligen sporra nybörjare och mer eller mindre inaktiva DX-are till stordåd. Helt enkelt göra PR för vår hobby
även i de egna leden. Gjorde årets NM/SM det? Svaret blir tyvärr nej.
Tävlingsledningen tycks ha ansträngt sig ovanligt mycket för att göra tävlingen extra svår. På annat sätt kan man inte förklara att mer än
hälften av alla stationerna låg på helt fel tid för att göra dem svårhörda, för inte kan väl tävlingsledningen ha räknat fel på
SNT/UTC. Detta gjorde säkert tävlingen utslagsgivande, men inte vidare lyssnarvänlig. Med andra ord: dålig PR.

** We haven't made any mistakes about SNT/UTC. We tested all the stations except St. Helena before the competition and could hear them, many quite good. But the conditions this weekend made
the contest more difficult then it needed to be. Most of the stations were heard poorly by a lot of competitors.**

Congratulations for arranging a very demanding contest. None of the contest stations was supposed to be difficult to pick up, but... This close to the Soviet border (10 kilometres) i had great
difficulties with Soviet Interference. I was happy for the gceat number of Latin American stations in the contest, for they are my main interest in DX-ing. I was also very happy to have a chance
of picking up R St Helena. Thank you for this special arrangement.

Som helhet en mycket trevlig tävling. Stationerna var väl valda och lämpligt fördelade på olika världsdelar, alla egentligen lätthörda. Sedan avgör
konditionerna om tävlingen blir lätt eller svår. Den här gången blev det svårigheter med många stationer, svaga styrkor och interferens. Men dom flesta gick
att ta fram på ett annat sätt. När sedan St. Helena hördes så bra, trots att Mr Murphy startade en fjärrskrivare obehagligt nära gick den ju skapligt,
då blev ju det hela succébetonat.

Radio Europe was sending the same programme a couple of times during the morning, so I wonder wether this should be withdrawn, as there was a good possibility to "cheat"?

Radio Europe didn't start it's programme during the schedule competition timetable - it started at 08.00 UTC. That's why the station ought to be withdrawn.

** Radio Europe was broadcasting at the right time. The transmission was also repeated several times during the morning, but that is OK, as the sentence "possible repeat broadcasts are
mentioned" in the schedule. **
The problem is that I received too late, on October 8th the new contest timetable with the changed contest schedule of the two Italian stations, Radio Europe and IRRS. One can't tell the date
of the stamp on the envelope, so I don't know who's to blame for the delay... Presumable the service of my local post office.

I plea that FEBC will be withdrawn from the competition. The interference from Radio Finland must have been much lower in Finland due to the athmospheric conditions and the pattern of the YLE
antenna (No groundwave and directed towards soutwest). The FEBC were impossible to listen to in the middle of Sweden, but it must have been audible in Norway, North of Sweden and North of
Finland.

The competition rules ace a little bit inconsistent concerning the programme details spoken. Details approved to score points concerning music and advertising are clearly defined, but that
isn't the case regarding spoken sequences. In earlier rules (except 1984) it says clearly that "a description of the contest" is demanded if points for details is to distributed. In
the current rules this paragraph is missing and can cause misunderstanding, even if it seems obvious to most of us that the contents shall de described. That is the reason why demand that the
competition management either cuts out the points of details for spoken sequences or gives point of details to membecs who has made spoken sequences upon one single subject with a minimum lenght
of 180 sec., not taking into consideration if the content is correctly described or not.
