Boxing is a perfect sport for those who want an allroundtraining, but it´s also good complement to other sports.
Boxing is condition and strenght, but it also gives you the opportunity to get rid of aggressions on hittingpillows and sacks.
The training fits both boys and girls, in good or bad shape. Since what you do at each practise depends on your own ability.
Conditions is for example skipping-rope and running. Strenght can be
techniques against hittingpillows and strenght-training.
Techniquetraining is sack, hittingpillows, and a lot of "shadow-boxing",
and later also sparring.
