Infiltrator feature

Your mission briefing. In short: save the world.

Welcome to Infiltrator. You are Captain Johnny "Jimbo-Baby" McGibbits, and the world needs you. The mad dictator has had his way for too long and must be stopped. Someone must sneak into his camps to get to the heart of his operations. You are the only one who can do it. You are the world's greatest Infiltrator.

Start up your trusty Whizbang Enterprises Gizmo DHX-1 Attack Helicopter.

Get your motor running and take off. The first part of the game is to fly into the territory of the evil dictator. This is not a trivial task. First, you must manage your chopper (not crash) and navigate so you get to the right place. And second, you have to take care of any aircraft that see you...

A fighter plane! Friend or foe?

Air traffic is pretty high over the territory, enemy and friendly infiltrators all over the place. If you don't react the aircraft will hail you and request identification. Then you really have a 50/50 chance of answering correctly or you will have to face the consequences... Of course, this can be avoided by hailing first, since the aircraft will then have to respond with his code name.

Jimbo-Baby made it this far - now for the real challenge.

Once in enemy territory our hero has to sneak around to complete whatever mission he has. The first one is to photograph some secret documents. This is not your average Commando/Rambo game where you shoot everything that moves. In fact, you can't shoot, you don't have a gun.

Overzealous guards (here the red guy) always require id from you.

Using stealth and cunning Johnny sneaks into the enemy camp. He has to trust his fake papers to fool the guards, or be forced to use his sleeping gas.

Search thoroughly, but don't take too long - time is short.

Once inside the buildings, our captain has to nose around to (in the first mission) find the secret documents. Chances are they are in a well-guarded room, but you never know... Plus there are other interesting items to be found, such as dismembered bodies and sleeping grenades.

"Say cheese!"

Once Johnny's completed his mission and photographed all the documents it's time to get back to the chopper and head back home. The flight back home is very much like the first one.

Infiltrator has three missions that must be completed to finish the game, and each gets increasingly harder. All in all, it's a great game with some very nice graphics, great playability, and a good sense of humor. If you've played it before you know what I mean.
