Rosor, rosor, rosor…….


 

Rosor får mig att tänka på Romantik.
På en svunnen tid
då kvinnor var kvinnor och män var män.
Då en man kunde tappa andan
av att se en naken ankel eller en blottad axel.
Då kvinnorna uppvaktades med
passionerade kärleksbrev, rosor,
glödande poesi och smäktande kärleksballader.

Minns bara så vackert Robert Burns diktade på 1700-talet:

"O my Luve’s like a red, red rose,
That’s newly sprung in June:
O my Luve’s like the melodie
That’s sweetly played in tune!

As fair art thou, my bonnie lass,
